Angry Need Help/2002 Dodge Stratus R/T Coupe 3L V6

I am a new member, and had notice that quite a few questions of mine get answered on this board so I thought I would finally join.

Also, I drive a 2002 Dodge Stratus R/T Coupe 3.0l V6. It experienced some front bumper damage a while back and I had taken it to a shop to get it fixed. Well, when the shop ordered the new front bumper cover, it was the wrong one; as I so unpleasantly found out about very soon. I told this shop to shove it because they didn't want to give me my money back on this and said they weren't responsible but that's another story.

Anyway, just recently I thought I'd order the bumper, paint it, and put it on myself. When I had finally received I once again noticed, to my dismay, that it was the wrong one. The company says it fits but it most certainly does not.

My question to the members here is...
When Mitsubishi made the body for the 2002 Dodge Stratus R/T Coupe 3.0l V6, did they absolutely up the chance of anybody getting parts for it? And, if not, where on earth would I find the CORRECT front bumper cover for my car.

Sorry for the long rant! Just wanted to provide as much background as possible. I certainly look forward to posting on here!

Yes, that was my first idea and never could get a hold of one. Just the ones for the sedan. I just recently purchased this one, which says that it will fit the 2002 Dodge Stratus RT Coupe, but I can promise you that it doesn't.

Has anybody had this same issue or know where I can find the correct front bumper?

The one you got didn't look like it said anything about a coupe, it said it fits a sedan and they don't fit both. It said RT and they make that in both sedan/coupe. Go to a good size bump shop or two check with them they usually have lots of lists with used parts and will work with you. if they don't have anything something could come up soon and they will call you when it does.

Buy one from RockAuto.com:

http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/x,ca...,parttype,1344

Then use RetailMeNot via google and search on that site for the always reliable 5% off coupon code.

I'm having to replace the front bumper cover on my 1999 2.4L stratus and it's about $200 shipped from those guys. It's just primed or pre-finished at best, but better than nothing.

Be sure to pick the one with the fog lights if you need it. The 2nd listed part looks like a winner to me.

Bear in mind, coupes and sedans are different. Without trying to sound to simple, coupe is 2 doors, sedan is 4 doors.
