Default need Help determining connecting Rod Bearing size

Hello I got these connecting rod bearing out of my 2002 Dodge Stratus Coupe 2L DOHC Engine

here is what it looks like on the bearing

04621720ab
f/m
a500
03 02
2 6 0 p

That is what it says on the bearing that came out of the car.

I went and bought one standard size bearing from auto zone and put it in my car. Then after about 2-3 days of driving it, it spun the bearing so please help me out and I don't want to take the crank out. Please help me.

Why did you replace the bearing to begin with? Why only ONE bearing?

You must use a micrometer to measure the journal. Check readings against specs. Also check if the journal is out of round. Sometimes there is a top and bottom piece and they are put in reversed. Make sure the oil hole in the bearing mates with the oil hole in the rod or main journal. Put in reverse the bearing gets no oil and will spin.

If you have a coupe you have a 2.4l SOHC motor... not a 2.0 dohc motor. You probably put the wrong part inside. From now on, pretend you own the same year mitsubishi eclipse.

If you spun a bearing you MUST replace the rod and crank (or have crank regound)
