I have a 1998 Dodge Stratus es 2.5 v6. I change the valve cover gaskets, sparkplug tube seals, sparkplugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor. I put everything back together and when to start it and it started but it didnt run like i expected it to. It starts up and idles real rough. you have to keep your foot on the gas to keep it running. Does anyone have any ideas.

 

Sounds like you left a vacuum line disconnected, or failed to reconnect a plug.

 

Make sure your plug wires are on in the correct places....
