Default Going to look at a '04 Stratus RT

I am going to look at a 2004 Dodge Stratus R/T coupe with 3.0L v6 auto. Is there anything in particular I should check for? What are common problems I should look for? Also, what kind of fuel mileage can I expect?

It has 71k miles and they are asking $6900, what do you think of the price?

Thanks

It is a pretty reliable car, It is a re-badged Mitsubishi Eclipse. I haven't seen any common problem with them, Heard owners say they drove it 100K, all the spent money on is Brakes and tires.
Fuel economy are not the Best in class, expect maybe like 15/24 mpg.

Those car hardly holds value, try talk the price down some more.

Thanks for the input. If I drive it and like it I am thinking that if I can get it for under 6k out the door I will get it

Like Steak59 had said its a pretty good car, I have the avenger that i brought in 1996 and no real problems with it. Just oil changes and tires.
