Question Crankshaft Position Sensor

where is this sensor on a 1995 Cirrus with a Mittsibishi 2.5 v6 [6g73]?

how to test this sensor?

Hey man thanks, but my battery is inside the front fender
where is the sensor bolted to the trans or engine?

should be 12:00 under the distro unsure on your vehicle

The crank sensor is in the transmission bellhousing directly below the rear cylinder head which would be approx the 1:00 position when looking at the trans standing at the driver side fender. if you put your 2 feet next to the Left Front tire, looking at the transmission, that 1:00 position (This is if you are familar with analog clocks)
