Default 2000 stratus w/oil in the cylinders

I just changed the plugs on my sisters stratus, there was an oil/gassy mix on three of the four plugs. Now it blows a little smoke and I'm thinking there is an intake manifold gasket leak. Will the small amount of oil that got into the cylinders burn off eventually? Thanks in advance.

First determine the color of the oil. Make sure it isn't milky brown. Does the coolant level stay full? It could be the valve stem seals. Does it blow a puff of smoke when you first start the engine. The oil will burn off once you have found the source of the unwanted oil.

There isnt oil leaking into the cylinders, there was oil in the spark plug tube and when I took out the old plugs the oily substance drained into the cylinder. It was only a small amount of oil/gas that got in but there is no additional oil leaking into the engine.

Oil on the plugs can be taken two ways. I picked the wrong one.
