considerable trailing brake shoe wear on both rears!
Hey guys, anyone know why a 99 stratus would go through countless sets of rear brake shoes before going through one pair of front pads? Been doing brakes for years but never run across this situation before.
Also, only the rear most shoe or trailing shoe, seems to be wearing indicating that maybe its not returning?
Seems like brake drag because there have been problems with the wheel overheating in the past as well.
I'm going to bleed the front brakes today to make sure there is no air in them and replace these pads again. Thought it might be the self adjuster but seems to be working fine.
Any ideas would be appreciated thanks.

Pads and shoes bought were lifetime, and drums and rotors are 3 yr warranties.
All new brake hardware in front and rear.
Only thing i noticed was that the contact points on the drum backing plate were corroded with gunk were the shoes rest. I cleaned them off and lightly lubed them.
