I have a 2004 dodge stratus RT (3.0) when im driving the TCS and ANTILOCK light come on. I get no check engine light, and if i have the radio on or i am driving at night the lights dim and the battery and brake lights flicker, the only thing that seems to help is overreving the engine. The problem will stop most times i try and sometimes come right back or in 30 min or so. if i come to a stop the engine idles really low and wants to die and if i turn the car off the battery is DEAD! It seems like there is a bad ground somewhere but i have checked all of what i can see.

I would start with a good or new battery and then check the charging system. Also clean the throttle body too. When these cars lose battery voltage, they also lose the memory for the idle.
