97 Stratus - some issues
Hello all,
Picked up my new used Stratus tonight - lady who drove it for several years said in the last few weeks, it`s been bucking/hesitating when driving, she thought it was water in the gas.
After picking it up tonight, it did it enough that it stalled, had to pull on side of road and tried to restart it, it would start but idled very roughly. Engine light came on along with the battery light.
After trying to get it to idle, stalled, restart it, it finally ran well.
Got back home, shut it off, fired her back up, ran like a champ, battery light gone but CEL still on
Got the codes:
12, 41, 42, 32, 42, 31 and 55.
What the heck is all of that. I am not too happy now, love the car, drives like a dream. It`s a 97 ES V6 with 52000 miles.
Any guidance would be more than appreciated.
Could this be a bad battery? I've had similar issues with my Eagle and it was a bad battery.
Thanks
