Default 04 sedan rear control arm

have an 04 stratus sedan 2.7L 94,000 miles, problem i have seems like car has to much weight on strut, flattens out all upper bushings on strut and mount less then 20 miles; noisy(squeak) going over hills now(have new struts, springs ,mounts, bushings, lower strut bushings, sway bar links and mount bushings; Not on car yet rear lateral links solid to adjustable ,camber -1.6 degrees on rear passenger side,rr upper control arm not on yet) was wondering how hard it would be to replace passenger side rear control arm would be ,have instructions on how to do it from alldata.Do you have to remove both wheels before dropping crossmember, was wondering if it would work by running drivers side up a little ramp, raise passenger side up take off wheel etc. only on that side then lower crossmember, i doubt it can be done that way but figured i'd ask.also seperating balljoint do you need to use tool they show looks like a pitman arm puller or can use a fork type seperator. thank you sorry its so long

REMOVAL
NOTE: The rear control arm, control arm bushings, and pivot bar are serviced as a complete assembly on this vehicle. Do not attempt to disassemble the control arm from the pivot bar to service the rear control arm bushings.

Raise vehicle.
Remove both rear wheel and tire assemblies from the vehicle.
Remove the shock absorber clevis bracket to rear knuckle attaching bolt and nut (Shock Absorber To Knuckle Attaching) on both sides of the vehicle.
Remove muffler support bracket from rear frame rail (Muffler Support Bracket).
Remove the rear exhaust pipe hanger bracket from the rear suspension crossmember (Exhaust Pipe Hanger At Rear Suspension Crossmember). Let exhaust system drop down as far as possible.
If vehicle is equipped with antilock brakes, remove routing clips for wheel speed sensor cable from brackets on both upper control arms.
If vehicle is equipped with antilock brakes, remove bolts and wheel speed sensor heads from both rear knuckles.
Remove both rear disc brake calipers from knuckles and hang out of way using wire or cord. Do not allow calipers to hang by brake hoses.
Release brake tubing from clips on top of crossmember.
On the side of the vehicle requiring control arm removal, separate the control arm ball joint from the rear knuckle using following procedure:
Back off nut retaining upper control arm ball joint to knuckle until nut is even with end of stud. This action will help avoid damaging the stud threads when the stud is released from the knuckle in the following step.
Remove ball joint stud from knuckle using Puller, Special Tool, CT- 1106 (Ball Joint Stud Removal From Knuckle).
Remove nut retaining upper control arm ball joint to knuckle.
Position a transmission jack and wooden block under the center of the rear suspension crossmember to support and lower crossmember during removal (Lowering And Supporting Rear Suspension Crossmember).
Remove the 4 bolts (Crossmember Attachment To Frame Rails) attaching rear suspension crossmember to rear frame rails.
CAUTION: When lowering rear suspension crossmember do not put a strain on the rear brake flex hoses.

Lower the rear suspension crossmember far enough to access the upper control arm pivot bar to crossmember attaching bolts.
Remove the 2 bolts attaching the upper control arm to the rear suspension crossmember (Upper Control Arm Attachment To Crossmember).
Remove the upper control arm from the rear suspension crossmember.
Transfer any required components to the replacement control arm.

update ,did both control arms ,still rear acting up, bouncy, flattening bushings in strut ,have replaced everything on rear except trailing arms (all parts from dealer except for struts(monroe sensa trac) and lateral links are moog). i was talking to someone they said something about how spring sits on strut .stopped at autozone looked at a gabriel shock the lip where the spring sits is mounted almost an 1 and half inches higher on them then on monroe ,could that be causing my problems ,if the springs are sitting lower would that throw rear suspension off
