Default 2000 Stratus SE radiator pain, err... drain

I know it is supposed to be on the bottom corner of the radiator on the passenger side, but I cannot see it. I jack-lifted the car, went underneath and cannot see access to it. Is the only way to get to it from the top? I cannot squeeze my hand there, it's too big (amputation of the thumb is out of question )!
How do professional shops do it? I don't have a lift, I work on my car on the street, not even a driveway. Anyone has any practical suggestions? Pleeease!

Gee, I thought people who hang out here are more knowledgeable than me on car repair (and I don't know much), but I guess not..... .

No, I can't fit my hand there, either.

The car needs to be on a lift and someone small hands to open the petcock. Its up inside the front facsia.
