Default Solenoid clicking when under inital load

Hello all, just wanted to see if anyone had any ideas about the 99 stratus automatic transmission problem i am experiencing. The front and rear motor mounts were recently changed and then a new clicking noise started coming from the transmission area. It only happens when going from forward to reverse or vise versa. Sounds to me like a solenoid clicking noise. The car also shows a code for vehicle speed sensor which is actually 2 sensors, an input and an output.

Should the sensors be changed?
Could this be causing the solenoid clicking sound?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks again!
