grinding brakes
Dodge Stratus 2004, four door with a six cly. Front disk brakes sounds like metal to metal, after about the third time applying the brakes. Pads are good rotors are good and the dealer says that they are good. But I don't think they did a road test

Dodge Stratus 04 Front disk brakes. New brake and rotors were replaced about 8 months ago, everything was fine. Four months later the car hydroplaned and went into a ditch, no damage was done. About two months later the grinding like metal on metal started happening, after brakes were applied about three times. The dealer looked at them and said everything was fine but I don't think they road tested brakes. There is no visual rubbing of anything.
