Default Multi Center Display stopped working

I have a 2002 stratus RT coupe. My center display above radio (shows outside temperature and direction traveling) just stopped working. Any idea of what could have caused this and how to fix the problem? Thanks in advance.

Never saw your first post for some reason :-/

I would start by removing it and re-connecting. The pigtail may have backed out a bit. Another possibility is that the display has simply burned out, although that should not have happened this soon in the cars life. If it doesn't come back on after connecting it again, find out which wires carry power to the module and see if they are getting a feed. If yes, than the module is simply burned out, and a junkyard part should work to replace it.

the wires he's talking about are the connector in back of module ,cavity 3 should have power all the time ,cavity 5 has power when key turned on

Are all stratus's wired up with this and then placed in only some of them?
