Default Anyone buy tires from tirerack.com?

These guys have my Goodyear Integrity tires for 65.00 each plus 11.00 each for shipping. Just wondering if anyone has ever ordered from these folks and if the experience was a good one. Also, did it save you money in the long run? Thanks! Jim

I've ordered from them several times. bought two different sets for my VW and two separate replacement tires for my Caddy (dam potholes in Chicago). Very satisfied and about to order a set for the wife's Durango. Prob saved close to $100 on the VW sets, and easily saved $70-80 on the singles. I think you can have them shipped to a local installer, but I had them shipped to my home. Went to NTB for the install which was like $18 a tire (mount, balance, new stem and disposal fee). The free ground shipping was actually faster than the 2 day FedEx. Ordered and exactly 2 days later (each time) they were waiting for me at home.
Pull the trigger and order.

If you tell them when you do order, let them know you are a member of dodge forum. They may give you a small break. I believe they did in the pass.

UPS delivered my tires today and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. They arrived in perfect condition, ahead of schedule, and I believe that I got a great price. I almost hate to have the things mounted. Right now they're sitting in my living room and I got that new tire smell going all through my apartment. Is there a better smell in the world? Okay, don't answer that ya pervs.

Just wanted to add that my two tires had date codes of 2411 and 2511 respectively so they were made less than a month before I bought them. I wish I had known that TireRack.com was a sponsor of these forums before I placed my purchase, as I may have gotten an additional discount on the sale. Very pleased nonetheless.

My husband uses the site all the time! He learned about it working at a GM dealership. That is where they got most of their tires.

Yeah the Tire Rack prices are about the same as our cost on them from a vendor. It's as good as you can do pretty much.
