2003 stratus rev limitor????
hello all i have a 2003 stratus with the DOHC 2.4 about two months ago it was limited to 2400 rpms when driving or in park( like it was hitting the rev. limitor) , hooked it up to a computer whch showed a cam pos. sensor. replaced it and the problem was fixed... now same issue replaced the lifetime warranty cam pos. sensor and nothing changed. still wont go abouve 2400 rpms. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Did you buy the sensor from a aftermarket store or from mopar? The reason I ask, I have been seeing alot of problems with aftermarket sensor. You may want to think about mopar parts.

Agreed, when it comes to any type of sensor, Mopar/dealer parts are the only way to go, you'll save money in the long run. There is a rev limiter in neutral and park that limits to to about 3500RPM but drive should set the limit past 6k at least.
Try resetting the PCM (disconnect the negative battery cable and turn the key to "start" and hold it there for a about 10 seconds, do that a few times and then reconnect the cable) Since all was working well with the new sensor too at one point it could also be just some bad wiring or a bad connector.
If the MIL light comes on check the codes with the key trick (turn the key from "unlock" to "run" 3 times and the odometer will show you the codes) and look for a cps code.
If all else fails, go to a Mopar parts dealer and buy a genuine sensor.
