I have an '04 Stratus RT and am interested in getting new rims and tires for her to go along with her new paint job. Has anyone here gone that big? I want to make sure it is even possible before spending too much time looking. I was unable to find anything to answer my question when I googled it. Thanks in advance for any help.

 

Yes theyll fit, and yes they will look ridiculous.

19" max looks good, when lowered. You will have rubber bands for tires though.

18" is the most common and look the best.

Awesome, thanks a lot. If 19s end up needing a real slim tire I guess 20s would be even smaller. I will really need to think about this I guess.

Part of the reason I want to go bigger is that I am looking at getting this bodykit and I think I am going to need a bit more clearance.

The white car has 19" wheels. Black car in video has 20". I have 17".
Here are 18" wheels.

 

Thanks for the clarification. Those 20s are pretty ridiculous looking. The 19s look decent though and the tires aren't too slim.
