I have a 2002 Stratus SE and I found that the damper for the control that lets the heat in was on the passenger side. The motor adjust the amount of heat. I loosened up the screws that holds the actuator so that I could adjust by hand. My stratus gas a center **** that goes from blue to red and I do not know if the motor for the actuator is bad or the **** that sends the signal to the motor. I hated to rig mine this way but my wife needed heat. I am sure someone on this forum knows what to do but I could not get any responses after two post. I hope this helps. You do not need to remove the radio, just the panel under glovebox.
