hey im new the the forum not sure if im posting in the right spot sorry if im in the wrong spot. but i have a 2000 dodge stratus 2.4 and i have no fuel but maybe for a drop or 2 comming from the fuel rail.. i jus replaced the fuel pump and filter, and the purge canisters. i can hear the pump turn on but no gas in the fuel rail, spark plugs, wires, and battery are new. i also bought the fuel pump new off of ebay if u think that might be the problem... PLEASE any help i dont have the money to tow it to dodge and have them tell me whats wrong...Thanks

 

I would make sure the pump is reaching down into the tank properly. It may be "running" but not "sucking" the gas. I'd get one from your local auto parts store. I've not had good luck with "ebay" parts lately. Your problem could also be related to a pinhole in the fuel line. Think of having a crack in a soda straw, makes pulling the soda from the cup difficult.
