Instrument Lights Out, Fuse?
Fourth thread, looking for my first response.
Replaced my stereo (head unit only at the moment), everything looked good. Took it for a test drive later and the instrument panel would not light up. That is the only place I can tell is having a problem. I think the illumination wire may have gotten crossed when I put in the stereo, but I have it isolated now.
What fuse should I be looking at? I tried to look at all of them in the driver side panel and they looked ok, but my lighting was not very good. I thought it was #23, so I swapped it with another fuse but the lights still did not come on. Switch on bar is able to turn on the parking lights and headlights, so its not that.
I can get the lights to come on by hooking them in to the accessory line, so they run whenever the car is on, but obviously that is not ideal.
Looking for some help!
