the car seems to bog down kinda only when you constantly have the throttle open. Idles fine. Seems like something is fouling out like its getting just a little too much gas or something idk. Replaced plugs wire and coil pack. checked fuel pump and seems to be working right. Just kinda puzzled.

 

I'm sorry to say that I can't understand what is happening based on what you've described.


I'd suggest that you bring the car to a parts store (Napa, Advance Auto Parts, etc...) and ask if they will scan your car for free. Most parts stores will do this for free now in hopes of selling you the parts needed to fix your car. I doubt it has any codes (since you didn't mention the check engine light being on), but it can't hurt and who knows, your bulb might be burnt out.
