Question Horn issues

I have a 2002 Stratus Sedan and for some reason my horn doesn't work like it use to. It sounds like a Mooo, and it gets lower and lower. What can that be? I haven't driven in puddles and I haven't done any mods to the car. I would like it to sound "normal" or replace it with another "normal" one. I know it's behind passenger side head light. Any suggestions or cheap solutions? And, will it really be that hard to change if replaced?? Thanks experts!

might just be a bad ground ,follow the wiring harness from horn and lights back ,should be a ground by strut tower make sure its not rusted and connection tight, its not to hard to replace ,theres a couple screws and plastic fasteners on headlight unhook wires; push down on bumper trim below headlight and pull out headlight assembly( can be a real pain sometimes),unhook wiring and take out bolt, you can get a horn at autozone for less then $20.00
