I just bought a 2003 SE stratus 4 dr 4 cyd. automatic with 173000 miles and it needed a heated fan resistor and mode motor replaced and also the ac pulley is locked up but the compressor turnes ok by hand. How do I know if replaceing the pulley ***. bearing is all it needs?
