Hi, I am having a problem with my 2001 Stratus SE 3.0/V6 not starting. It started yesterday (though with a brief hesitation). I turn the key, and I hear a buzzing sound (and sometimes a clicking too) but that is all. Every 10th or so turn of the key, I hear what sounds like the starter trying to turn over (starter is almost brand new, only 3 months use on it). I cleaned and tightened the battery cables (battery should not be dead yet either). I'm stumped at this point. It has recently rained. Is is possible that something in my electrical system is wet? I did notice that my radio does not want to come on (lights work and door ding sounds normal) and when I tried to start it last time, I jiggled some wires under the steering column too and the speedometer jumped around a little bit. Any ideas? I have no idea how to get this thing started!! Thanks for reading, sorry it was so long.
