I REALLY NEED HELP!!! got codes that read Cylinder 1, 3 and RANDOM misfire... i dont know the numerical codes but i hope that helps
Sounds like you're due for a tuneup actually.
The rumbling and bogging down, matched with the flashing check engine light, and "random misfires" tells me that your spark plugs and wires are well overdue for a change.
Looking at your engine from the front, the plugs are as follows
1 3 5 (not visible, underneath the "spider" intake)
engine block
2 4 6 (visible and easy to change)
So your "Random misfire 1 3 random" tells me that the left two rear, and to a lesser degree, the other 4 plugs are not firing when they should be.
At that mileage it would also be a good idea to make sure that there is no oil in the spark plug wells, and if there is, than the valve cover gaskets will need changed (pretty simple once you're already getting at the rear spark plugs). The gaskets aren't much at all either.
