Default Rear bolt on front sub frame loose

Hello all, I've been hearing a clunk noise when hitting bumps and a serious car shaking at 55mph on my 97 Stratus ES 2.5 autostick. I jacked the car up and thought it was the CV shafts but those seemed ok. I grabbed the strut and control arm to wiggle it and I noticed the entire subframe moved! So I took a closer look and felt one bolt, the rear bolt on the driver's side of the sub frame was loose. I felt around the top and felt a nut on top of the subframe. Is this the dreaded captured nut I hear about? Has it rusted through the sheet metal of the unibody?

Default An idea

One option is to take the car to a shop that does welding, have then weld the sub-frame to the body and torch the loose bolt off, so you won't have the rattling noise.
