Depending upon which motor mount you're talking about, I may not be able to help you.
My 96' Stratus with 2.4L 4cyl is going to be out of the shop today. The front passenger motor mount and the front/rear mounts were all shot. I got the front/rear ones replaced for $150. But this damn passenger side motor mount is costing me $400... The motor mount was bad, so I bought the part. Then the bolts got stuck inside the ENGINE BRACKET--$190 for part because the dealer is the only place that has it. The gotta get the new bolts (between $1-20). Finally, after 2 + 1/2 hours of labor I spend the total of $400. This damn car is a wreck.
Take my advise. Take it to a trustworthy mechanic, have them do anything. If there's something wrong and you can afford it, fix it immediately. This car is designed so that if one thing breaks, so does everything in the same system working at similar jobs.
Beware
