'04 Stratus SXT Horn Problems!
So I have a 2004 Dodge Stratus SXT. I have a mysterious problem involving my horn. The horn itself works just fine because when I lock the car up, it honks the horn to indicate that the car is locked up. However, when I hit the horn on the steering wheel, it will not sound. I've had this problem for a while, but I think I have put it off long enough. I have had so many instances where having the horn would have helped, especially to tell idiot drivers on the road what to go do with themselves.

what do you have coupe or sedan? don't know very much about coupes,if its a sedan check fuses theres 2 one under the hood # 16 in power distribution center ,one inside door fuse box #8,check to make sure theres power at horn relay in fuse box in car test for power between terminal 6 and 8 ,if no power theres bad wiring, using a jumper wire between terminals 8 and 10 if horn sounds you have a bad relay, or you have a bad switch
