Default 2005 dodge stratus sputtering missing ect...

‎2005 dodge stratus sxt 2.4 liter dohc Vin X
Let me first off by saying I'm in school for auto mechanic's so this is very fustrating.

This is a intermittant problem, but makes the car undrivable.

... The car acts like the cats are blocked. You rev it and it sounds bogged down like the timing is off. It acts like its missing (making a lawnmower sound) It will self correct or sometimes stall out. The check engine light is on it gives the codes p0601 cam shaft position sensor, p0340 engine control unit, p0031 heater circuit bank 1 signal low. So far this is what has been checked and replaced

Fuel pressure test- everything was fine
Compression test- everything is in range for the car
Throttle body was cleaned out- still acts the same
Disconnected the exhaust to check the cats- still the same
New idle control valve- still the same
New Ignition Coil- still the same
New Spark plugs and wires- still the same
New cam sensor- still the same
Brand new ECM flashed to my car- still the same.
Jiggled the wires and there doesn't appear to be a short.

Like I was saying it does idle alright then it does whats listed above. When you hit the gas it does the same as above. I need some help I don't know what else to do or check.

Have you checked the fuel injectors to make sure they are firing off properly?
