I've found the plug (on the passenger side of the radiator), but I can only get it to turn about 1/8th. It lets out a few drips of antifreeze. Doesn't seem to want to turn anymore. I don't have the greatest angle on it. I'll add a picture.

Is there anything I'm missing on how to get it to drain?
