I've been troubleshooting some electrical issues with my recently purchased used Stratus (2.0L), and came across something very strange: the car is only able to start with the #16 fuse (ignition switch) pulled.

How is this even possible? I'm fairly certain the ignition switch is starting to go, but it shouldn't even be working at all with that fuse missing, should it?
