Default Problem with Engine

I have a 2004 Dodge Stratus with 2.7 liter flex fuel engine. The motor was run without proper amount of oil in it and it caused the number six piston to break where it mounts to the crankshaft. Since then I have replaced the crankshaft, main and rod bearings, and the piston. The car runs well until it gets to normal operating water temperature, then when slowing down to below 1000 rpm's the car will shut off. It will crank right back up but will keep doing this everytime I go to slow down at a stop sign or red light. I have replaced both the crank and cam sensors, the computer and the ecm will no change in performance. If someone knows what is going on with it please let me know what to check.
