2003 Stratus SXT Coupe

What is that actually called? Its not a turn signal, its on all the time (unless burned out or lights are in off position).

Also, I have one out, cant really see how to replace it. Do I need to take the whole assembly out to do so?

 

It's called the side marker light and will probably have to remove the headlight assembly to replace. Should be a 194 clear bulb.
