I wasn't able to plumb it up to check pressure running, only could check it right off the high pressure off the pump. With turning the key on it only showed 20psi.

Default 03 dodge stratus r/t

I have been working on my daughters car for the past couple of days. I replaced the egr valve and left bank 02 sensor. I went for a test to get the egr system to become ready but the fault P0404 for the egr came back. The evap and egr never completed cylce. I then replaced the egr valve solenoid and went for another test drive. After about 80 miles neither system would complete its cycle and it set faults for P0171 and P0174 left and right banks are to lean . Also it idles runs rough warm and it dies when i come a stop. i checked for vacuum leaks and could not find any. Does anybody have any suggestions?

If you're setting lean codes after an EGR swap, the first thing I would be looking for would be air leaks in the EGR tube and at the base. You may have even gotten a bad EGR that's not seating.
