Default Splash guard or sound baffle fell off

I have a 2005 Dodge Stratus SXT. There is a PVC panel that goes under the front end between the road and the engine. Last weekend this fell off. Does anyone know what this is used for? I'm guessing that it is a splash guard or sound baffle. Where could I get a replacement? What are my risks if I do not replace it?

If it's the part I'm thinking about, it's just a piece of plastic that comes lower than the regular bumper. It serves no "real" purpose, but certainly comes in handy when approaching those parking blocks or curbs, giving that nice scraping noise before you're damaging anything critical.

It can act as a way to lower the amount of air resistance under the vehicle a little too, and possibly protect the radiator or other undercarriage components from rocks kicked up on the road.
