Default 02 Stratus 2.7L - Isse when accelerating

I've been experiencing this issue lately and was wondering what types of things I could check to evaluate the problem.

When I give the car gas it seems to hesitate at times (shudder) then go. But initially it's a little jerky. This doesn't happen all the time. I recently replaced the transmission solenoid pack and double checked the transmission fluid.

Update:
The check engine light came on and so I had the code read. It was a P0304 Cylinder 4 misfire. Any recommendation for how to fix this?

An update on the problem above.

I replaced the 3 front spark plugs which were 2, 4 and 6. The car is running great now. Not sure how I'm going to get to the plugs in the back.

if yours is the same as an '04 its a PAIN IN THE BUTT took about 1/2 an hour, the way i did mine was with a socket(use one that grips good so plug doesn't fall out) and 2 3 inch extensions ,put the socket in opening(Hold onto it) then carefully put on the first 3" extension lower put 2nd extension on then push down till socket is on plug use ratchet to loosen ,take off ratchet and very carefully lift and take off 1st extension ,then 2 nd extension then pull plug and socket out

You also have to let the back of the motor settle to get 22 of the coils off to even get at the plugs.
