How can I fix the check engine light? I took the car 2 weeks ago for an inspection checked and got rejected. I was told the someone turned off the engine light bulb? Are the wirings loose? Sometimes it turns on and sometimes it doesn't..

 

I really do think it's the wiring being loose. I was just driving it earlier and the light was blinking.. then a few minutes after parking I tried playing the key dance turning it off and on, the light doesn't turn anymore.

Where can I locate the wiring for the engine light bulb? Where exactly in the instrument panel? Any help would be much appreciated!
