Default A/C Overheating problem

Hi All- I'm having a problem with my '98 Stratus. It has started to overheat and the A/C is not working either. Both problems started at the same time. When I was driving it the heater would not blow hot either, so I had a hard time cooling the engine while I was driving so I could get where I needed to go. Any thoughts? I replaced the thermostat about 2 months ago when it was overheating at that time. That fixed the problem until now. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

How is the radiator cap? If it doesn't hold pressure, it will overheat.
Pressure test your cap and your system. Autozone rents out a pressure tester. You can put the tester on a credit card and then when you return it, they put the money back on your card. (Did this with a vacuum pump to clear the AC lines).

Other than that. You can check if the water pump is flowing. When the engine is cold, take off the radiator cap. Start the car up and see if the coolant starts flowing. If it does nothing but stand still, even after a few minutes, sound like your water pump failed.
