01 Stratus timing issue PLEASE HELP!
2.4 liter DOHC 01 Stratus
what if you didnt set tdc before removing timing belt? I have the crank at tdc center now, but the cam sprockets are 180 degress off.The arrows on the sprockets are facing down. How do i turn them without bending a valve and get correct timing?
I was thinking about putting the belt on and spinning the crankshaft until the camshafts lined up with the arrows facing up. Then removing the belt and spinning the crankshaft back to TDC..Would that work?
