Good Evening,

I got call from my Daughter and she said her car is having problems. She called saying the the check engine light blinked 10 times. Sadly, i have the book up until 2004. Can anyone help me with this problem?

 

need more info, was she trying to read the codes ,or start car ,or engine was running when light came on?.usually a flashing engine light with engine running is a severe warning(emission or engine damage possible) did light stay on after flashing?,was anything done to car recently?,is gas cap on tight?fluids ok?
