2002 2.7L V6 Stratus won't start
Today I had something odd happen suddenly with my Stratus.
I drove to a store, shut the car off for a few minutes, came out started the car and drove somewhere to a different store. I shut the car off again. When I came back out to start it nothing would happen. When I turn the key to the on position, I can get lights, power windows, an oil indicator, etc... however the radio does not work and I can't get anything to happen when I try to start the car.
When the key is on, I can move the gear shift into different positions however the steering wheel will not move due to no power.
Is this the sign of a bad ignition or starter? The suddenness of the problem was surprising when the car has been working fine.
If not what are some ways I might be able to diagnose the issue?

I replaced the ignition switch and that didn't fix the problem. However, I went through each fuse and found that the ignition/starter fuse was blown.
Hopefully replacing this fuse takes care of the issue, however, it seems that even tho my car doesn't work my battery is being drained dry by something. Any idea what could still be pulling from the battery even tho the car is off?
