We have a 99 Stratus in need of some help. When it gets extremely hot out, the gauges do not work, A/C does not blow cold air, and the wipers do not work. I have examined that gauges for the ground/broken circuit issues, and do not believe the gauges are the issue as I have taken the gauges out, kept them inside in air conditioning, and them installed after work and the same issues are still there. Is there a shared circuit, relay, or fuse that the gauges, a/c, and wipers share or are connected?
