shocks or struts?

shocks or struts?
2001 RT 3.0 5-speed
the fronts are struts. The back I thought were shocks but I cannot seem to find them foresale anywhere? I buy most of my parts from Rock Auto and they have everything but a listing for shocks for my car in the rear. However they do have struts that say its for the rear.
Can anyone explain?
Even in my Haynes Manual it says nothing about shocks or anything in the rear.
