Hi all, I'm trying to figure out my sons 97 Stratus 2.5 engne and what could make it not start. It seems that the ecm is not starting the fuel pump or allowing injector pulse. The ECM when hooked up to a scanner will not comunicate. My guess is that the ECM is bad or it is not getting power, or has a bad ground. Anyone else have these issues, and can help?
