i have a 2002 dodge stratus and i am needing to know how to fix the cigarette lighter outlet. it use to work but one day i was unplugging my charger and it made a loud noise and now it just spins around like it broke loose. or how i can add a new one i have recently got a job i need navigation for and i need to be able to charge it while i am working
