My daughter's 2002 Stratus SE 2.7 sedan is having an issue. At start-up and idle, no noise, turn wheel in either direction, high pitch squeal and the steering wheel starts pulsing. Fluid is at proper level. No drips located. Just started recently. Any ideas. I am thinking pump but have read some suggesting rack and pinion?
