Default 2005 Dodge stratus sxt 2.7 oxygen sensor issues

Hello!
My 2005 2.7 dodge stratus is driving me crazy. I recently had the engine replaced due to poor care of the previous owner and now after everything I have done the car still violently shakes when at idle with flashing orange engine light and over and over again I check the codes and it tells me that bank one sensor one and bank two sensor one are not responding... I bought new oxygen sensors from the dealership and installed them and the codes still say the sensors are not responding. I have replaced a damaged cat and it helped a little but the problem is never ending and I am out of money to toss at it. The car shakes anytime I slow down or stop and has lack of power at takeoff but when I have speed over 40 it works fine unless I have to merge or takeoff the car doesn't want to and then almost peals out as if it decided to go faster now.

Any help or ideas would be awesome!

p0131 and p0132 I would check the wiring to them also there should be a ground strap at back of muffler make sure that's clean and tight (no rust),the p0172 could be caused by p0300 misfire
