Stratus RT Tranny Fluid type.
Hello Again Everyone!
I have been a Dodge guy forever and this is the first time I have had a Mitsubishi Engine and tranny in one. Mine is a 2001 3.0 with the F4A51 auto tranny. I need to do a tranny flush and have gotten MANY conflicting information as to what is proper fluid for the job. The dealer recommends ATF SP III. I have heard of people using everything from ATF+4 to Castrol MultiVehicle ATF. I know there are people in here who have more experience with this than I do. So any information will do. Thanks.
