I have a 99 stratus 2.4 mpi. The past few days my turn signal, when engaged, will randomly start and stop blinking. I also came out to a dead battery this morning and since none of my dash cluster or climate control lights are working. The dimmer switch on the left control only adjusts the brightness of the clock on the radio. Any suggestions? Thanks!

 

Oh, and have have checked all corresponding fuses and replaced the only questionable one.
