2000 stratus, with lights off, brake lights work fine, but, when parking lights are on and you step on brake pedal, all lights go off!? Turn signals work. Is it a ground problem? Possible short to ground on brake light switch? I live in Ohio, and my son (his car) goes to college in N Carolina, so any help is MUCH appreciated!!

 

Having the same problem. I have replaced the tail light circuit board in the past, but the problem is back. So I want to keep an eye on this thread. I've found the circuit board online (at 1aauto.co) for like 35 bucks. Fyi
